Shipping

We send orders on weekdays from Monday to Friday except on public holidays. 

Most of our products are made to order and processing time is 5-7 business days.

During holidays like Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's processing time may increase by several additional days.

Standard Shipping ($9.99):

• US - 7-10 business days
• Europe - 7 business days
• Rest of the World - 10 business days

Express Shipping with DHL ($14.99):

• US - 2-3 business days
• Europe - 1-2 business days
• Rest of the World - 2-5 business days

Express Shipping is not available for military bases or PO boxes, sorry.

Once when the package leaves our building, it remains in the care of the shipping carrier and we are not responsible for delays, mistakes or any kind of damage or lost packages.

Buyers are responsible for local duties, taxes and advancement fees at delivery in the countries where applicable (e.g. Canada).
